What are the payment options?
Payment is made via PayPal, with the option of paying by debit card, credit card or bank slip.
How does the exchange and return policy work?
Exchanges or returns can be made within 7 days if the item is defective or the wrong size. In other cases, we do not provide exchanges.
To do this, send an email to lglcodestore@gmail.com, with the subject "Exchange" or "Return" and in the message state the product purchased and which size you would like to exchange, if there is a need for a return, please explain the reason.
How are deliveries made? What is the term?
Deliveries are made via post throughout the country. If you are from São Paulo, the capital, we offer a motorcycle courier service for faster delivery.
The production time for parts, which we do not have ready for delivery, is on average 10 to 15 days, which may vary according to the model. After production, for parts sent via motorcycle courier, delivery takes up to 1 business day and for parts sent via post, the deadline depends on your region.
